What is whole family coaching?
Whole Family Coaching focuses on building family well-being by supporting the needs, goals and aspirations of the family. Taking a 2-generation approach to end generational poverty, Whole Family Coaching supports parents/caregivers and their children with:
Education & Training
Employment
Health & Nutrition
Housing Stability
Budgeting & Financial Literacy
Parenting & Childcare
What will you do with your coach?
Explore available resources in your community and how to access them.
Learn more about your skills and develop new ways to thrive.
Identify barriers and pathways to overcome them.
Brainstorm ideas that will take you from where you are to where you want to go.
Navigate challenges as they arise.
Build your network of support and community.
Strengthen parenting skills.

Who is eligible?
Parents or caregivers residing in Cumberland County who have at least one dependent child under the age of 18
Parents or caregivers who have income at 200% or less of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), OR are currently receiving TANF-ASPIRE and/or Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP)
Parents or caregivers can provide verification of income (within the last 6 months) through documentation such as tax documents, recent pay stubs, and/or bank statements OR with verification of being a current SNAP and/or TANF recipient

What is the cost?
There is no cost to participate in the TogetherWeWork program.
What does the application or referral process look like?
After submitting your application or a referral a member of our Whole Family team will reach out to the family within 5 business days.
